Brazilian Origin Ocean Export Programs FOB / CFR / CIF Review Destination-Specific Freight

EXPORT STRUCTURE

Packaging and Freight Are Built Around the Transaction

Eagle X does not treat packaging and freight as generic fixed-cost items. The correct structure depends on the sugar grade, order volume, destination, vessel or container availability and the commercial Incoterm.

Current supplier documentation supports commercial bagged formats, jumbo bags and bulk movement for selected raw-sugar programs.

01

Product

ICUMSA 45, ICUMSA 150, VHP, Brown Cane or another approved sugar program.

02

Packaging

03

Destination

Country and discharge port determine freight, route and documentation requirements.

04

Bulk Programs

VHP raw sugar documentation identifies bulk transportation as a normal movement method for selected programs.

VHP Program specific
Packaging note: Current supplier documentation also references smaller retail formats. Eagle X’s primary focus is commercial and industrial-volume trade; retail packaging requests are reviewed separately.

CARGO HANDLING

Prepared for Ocean Transport

Supplier documentation states that commercial bags may be stacked on pallets or arranged in slings suitable for ocean travel. Final loading configuration depends on the selected cargo program.

P

Palletized Cargo

Bagged sugar can be prepared on pallets where this structure is commercially appropriate for loading, handling and destination delivery.

S

Slings

Supplier documentation also identifies sling-based preparation suitable for ocean transport.

B

Bulk Handling

Raw VHP programs may move in bulk rather than bagged form, depending on buyer volume, terminal capability and supplier program.

SHIPPING BASIS

FOB, CFR & CIF Programs

ORIGIN TO DESTINATION

Freight Is Recalculated for Every Market

A historical supplier quotation to Saint John, New Brunswick demonstrates the commercial model, but Eagle X is not limited to Canada. New destination offers require live freight and insurance review.
